Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the NextLevel Capital platform.

Use of the platform

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform only for authorized business and member-management activities.

Data and records

Operational data including members, deposits, loans, pooled groups, notifications, and reports are maintained as business records within the application. Users are responsible for reviewing entries before saving changes.

Notifications

Email and SMS delivery depends on configured external services. A message marked as failed in the system indicates the platform attempted delivery but the provider did not accept or complete it.

Access control

Administrative and member access is limited by assigned roles and downline scope. Attempting to view or modify records outside assigned access is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the application evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means the revised terms apply.
